The cost of the initial consultation is due at the time of booking or during the appointment and is non-refundable.

Upon acceptance of a particular training program, I recognize my obligation to complete the entire program and commit to full payment irrespective of my decision to finish the training.

Training packages remain valid for 6 months from the purchase date and expire thereafter.

• Training packages have a validity period of 6 months from the purchase date.

• All training packages, classes, and lessons are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• For private lessons, a minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations; otherwise, the missed lesson will be charged.

• Any refunds will be issued with a deduction of the processing fee.
