client responsibility

I acknowledge that I am expected to attend all classes of the training course program I hereby now sign up to complete with Garden of Canine Training. I understand that I am not entitled to makeup sessions, and that these special sessions are provided only at the discretion of the trainer.

I acknowledge that I am expected to attend all private appointments during their scheduled times.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for completing all homework assigned by the trainer from Garden of Canine Training during the service period, including but not limited to reading electronic materials in full and engaging in regular practice sessions with my pet.

I commit to continue the behavioral structure outlined by the training program after the service period ends with Garden of Canine Training in order to maintain the effectiveness of training. I recognize that Garden of Canine Training is not responsible for lapses in learned behavior during or after the service period.

I acknowledge that the trainer from Garden of Canine Training will be in touch with me by email throughout the program. I understand that additional services, including but not limited to email, telephone, and video conferencing support, are available for purchase from Garden of Canine Training, should I need assistance beyond the scope of the program.

I agree to discuss any concerns or complaints with the trainer or business manager directly from Garden of Canine Training. I agree to make any formal complaints in person so that Garden of Canine Training can provide the best level of service.

payment information and agreement

The fee for the initial consultation is payable at the time of scheduling or at the appointment and is non-refundable.

Upon agreeing to a specific training program, I acknowledge my commitment to the entire duration of the program and agree to make full payment regardless of whether I opt to complete the training.

All training packages are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase and expire thereafter.

media release

I hereby grant Garden of Canine Training, its representatives, and employees the permission to capture photographs and/or videos of myself, my dog(s), friends, and family members (including minor children). I authorize Garden of Canine Training, its assigns, and transferees to copyright, utilize, and publish these materials in print and/or electronically. I consent to the use of such photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings, with or without my name, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, instruction, education, advertising, and online content.

travel policy

An additional charge applies for travel beyond a 35-mile radius, and this fee will be included in your lesson rate with Garden of Canine Training.

cancellaction policy

At Garden of Canine Training, our primary objective is to facilitate positive behavior changes in your dog, ensuring the best possible outcomes from training. Thus, we strongly advise against cancellations to maximize the effectiveness of your dog's training sessions. Please arrange your appointments thoughtfully, as consistency is key to your dog's progress.

Please note that consultations, group classes, individual lessons, and training packages are non-refundable and non-transferable at Garden of Canine Training.
